Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.  Cash, checks and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment

Our drive-thru is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The drive-thru window is able to accept cash or check.  The drive-thru kiosk will accept cash or credit cards.  Please be aware that no change can be given from cash payments made at the kiosk.

Payments can also be made at one of the following locations. At any of these locations, you can drive up, walk in or use the night deposit for your payment. Simply include the bottom portion of your bill with your payment.

If a payment is made at a location other than the authorized pay stations, payment cannot be guaranteed by Sawnee EMC. If you choose to pay via a third party processor other than those approved by Sawnee EMC, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the payment to process.

Due to the timing of Citizens Bank and Western Union payment processing, we are unable to provide automatic reconnection of services in the event of a disconnection for non-payment. If you require a reconnection of service, please contact our Customer Call Center directly so that our staff may assist you.
