for Electrical Lineworker Certification Program

Do you want to be a lineworker?

Sawnee EMC is looking to award scholarships to individuals who are interested in becoming lineworkers.

Qualifications:

Individuals must meet the following requirements in order to apply:

• High School Graduate, GED equivalent or be a graduating senior in good standing
• Drug Free
• Safe Driving Record
• Must be enrolled at an accredited Technical College located within 50 miles of Sawnee EMC's headquarters (i.e. Lanier Technical College or North Georgia Technical College)

Funding:

• Scholarship award check will be written directly to the Technical College
• Funds should be used for tuition, textbooks, and other related fees
