"Stop" Service Requests are scheduled Monday - Friday only (excluding holidays), require a 24-hour notice, and may be completed as early as 8:00am on the requested stop date. All requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM to be scheduled for the next business day.

*Note* You will receive a final bill for your account based on the amount of electric usage consumed from your most recent billed date to the requested stop date selected below.  Any deposits and/or credits will be applied to the final balance, and if applicable, any remaining credit will be refunded and mailed to the forwarding address listed below.
