NOTE: If payment is NOT submitted within 24 hours of receiving the "Confirmation" email in "Step 2" below, your request will be cancelled and service will NOT be placed in your name.
Sawnee EMC utilizes a unique energy identification and scoring process through Equifax to verify the applicant’s identity and determine the level of security deposit required. If you do not consent to this process, you will need to contact our Customer Call Center directly at 770-887-2363 during normal business hours.
If Sawnee EMC is unable to verify the personal information provided through our online portal, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative for additional verification.

Step 1: Request Service

Step 2: Confirmation and E-Sign
Be on the lookout for three (3) emails from "Sawnee EMC".
- "Sawnee EMC Connect" email, please use the "Pay Now" link to pay all applicable fees.
- "E-Sign" Membership Application email.
- "SmartHub Registration" email.
Step 3: Service Request Complete
You will receive a "Service Request Complete" email once the service is active in your name.
