Service Request Information:
- Service requests are completed Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
- Sawnee EMC does require 24-hour notice to connect or disconnect service.
- All requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM to be scheduled for the next business day.
- If you require same day service, please contact our Customer Call Center directly at 770-887-2363 during normal business hours.
